I have spent the better part of my day today updating our Pinterest pages and realized that one of my favorite projects could use to be revisited here on the blog before we photograph it again. We used some of my go to materials on this one and I am really happy with how they have held up. The counter tops are honed basalt, which is pretty fragile as far as stone goes but it has a nice patina now. Our backsplash is made from vein cut limestone that we cut down in to smaller pieces to make a mosaic and running bond pattern for a softer natural look. The island is painted Sherwin Williams Light French Grey and the main cabinets are painted Sherwin Williams Snowbound. We love our Viking range and built-in GE Monogram refrigerator as well. Overall we have been so happy with this space and cannot wait to share it with you once we have done a few updates to it.
