I have to admit I have a weakness for a little Christmas sparkle and glitter.  This is our tree from last year - I am not sure what kind of changes I want to make this year but here are a few of the newest editions that I did pick up.  I love the stags and the little glittery house in the globe.
Do you stick with the same holiday decorations or do you change it up each year?
We have a made a step forward though - we picked up our trees yesterday - I love the smell of the fresh tree so perfectly Christmas.

I would love to try to make the wine glass ornament. Do you have instructions?

I love to add a few new ornaments/ silver ribbon, a special runner. It doesn’t have to be anything big…just something that captures my eye. It could be something that has been tucked away in a drawer and newly found!

Christina – Your tree decor of last year was really lovely – one can focus into the detail because the details are so well placed.

I find that my Christmas decor has been a changing collection. With each progressive year, it becomes a study more of shape and balance and less of color. This year’s effort looks more like a tree sitting in nature in a state of snow and frost – white frosted ornaments, opalescent ornaments that twinkle against the white lights, a ‘dusting’ of artificial snow, and a collection of silver bells. And just to make certain that it has some special interest, I insert silver sprayed berry branches into the tree.

I am eager to see your tree for this year! Please do share!

I just have to say that I love checking your blog every day to see what cool/beautiful pics. you’re going to post. Your style is right up my ally. :)
I typically keep my decorations the same and add a thing or two new each Christmas.

I like to change it every year, or buy new ornaments. We have a tradition in the family to shop together to buy a new christmas bauble each to hang on our tree. Stag heads are definitely popular at the moment. Trees have been up in the UK for several weeks already…it starts early here in England! Sharon x

Beautiful ornaments. I think they are adorable! I like to add at least one or two new ornaments each year. There are so many gorgeous ornaments out there now! I’m particularly fond of mercury glass and glitter ornaments.

Have a wonderful weekend! :)
