We are looking for an Office Admin to join our team! 

Position: Office Admin

Location: greige studio, Lake Forest, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Logistics coordination
  • Incoming order follow up
  • Inventory organization/pull for incoming orders
  • Maintain project budget sheets
  • Client email/follow-up
  • Matching invoices and purchase orders
  • Coordinating new vendor accounts
  • Fabric holds
  • Library updates

We are looking for a detail oriented individual with great communication and problem solving skills to work with our team.  This person would be communicating with our vendors and logistics companies as well as working on order follow up and helping to manage paperwork on projects.  We are looking for a self starter who enjoys a creative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Excel/Word/Email/Phone
  • Quickbooks experience is a plus
  • Solid experiences in customer service
  • Self-motivated and extreme attention to detail

Part time: 15-20 hours a week
