Position: Project Coordinator
Description: Work with our Designer/Project Manager to coordinate all aspects of projects from design to installation. This person will be communicating with our customers, vendors and logistics companies as well as working on order follow up and helping to manage products and paperwork.
Commitment: Part time 16-20 hours a week
Location: Lake Forest, CA
Responsibilities:
- Track project deliverables and coordinate deliveries between the design team, warehouse and vendors.
- Obtain quotes, verify budget compliance.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending and participating in client meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
- Coordinating new vendor accounts.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the design library.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to make timely decisions, solve problems
- Working knowledge of Photoshop is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Extreme attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Interior design experience a plus
- Must be able to read design plans and schedules

Position: Marketing/Social Media Associate
Description: We are looking for an individual to work with our E- Commerce Operations and Textile brand. You will have the opportunity to work cross-team to implement and execute marketing and social media campaigns, partnerships for collaboration and sales.
Commitment: Part time 12-16 hours a week
Location: Lake Forest, CA
Responsibilities:
- Assist and Coordinate Promotions/digital marketing
- Coordinate photo shoots and submissions
- Work with Textile showrooms to promote line
- Identify key partners for collaboration projects

Foster growth of social media community
- Help manage company accounts
Qualifications:

Active knowledge of social media as well as an understanding of the social web
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques - with an emphasis on social media and digital marketing
- Ability to make timely decisions, solve problems
