Patch NYC, Boston MA

Posted September 04, 2014 by Christina

On our trip to Boston over the summer I had the pleasure of shopping a bit, which should be a large portion of each vacation in my mind...  My husband was extremely understanding about my need to find only the best shops and pick up little trinkets along the way.

I was so very excited that we had a chance to stop by Patch NYC on our last day.  While at the shop I really enjoyed chatting with John one of the shop owners and artists during my visit, what a pleasure to meet someone so creative and kind.
When we return to the city I will definitely be looking for a place to stay in their South End neighborhood because it was truly gorgeous and seemed to be right up my alley.

Beautiful artwork by Don Carney.

I fell in love with their wall of Astier de Villatte collaboration pieces it was so pretty against the blue of the walls.

Ronda Warren

I adore the naturalist Sea life drawings collection in round frames. Just the whole look has me gob-smacked. May I ask, what is the wall material, and how was it treated, to achieve that amazing aged industrial effect. Best I’ve seen, beautifully wrought, my congratulations to the artist/designer.

Glamour Drops

I can spend far too much time in quirky shops like this! It looks fabulous. Even down to the little signboard out the front – it’s all pure style.
